With 20 employees at its headquarters in Tampere and sales offices in Espoo and Turku, the company has become one of the leading players in the service and transportation industry in the Finnish market for telematic vehicle management solutions. PPCT had a turnover of EUR 4 million in 2015. GSGroup uses different accounting principles than PPCT. The adjusted turnover is closer to EUR 2.5 million for 2015 based on GSGroup’s principle and similar figures are expected for 2016.
GSGroup is financing the purchase with its own funds and bank loans. There will be no need to provide equity capital.
