Therefore, Best Transport has installed a mobile temperature monitoring system from GSGroup.
This means that Best Transport now has full control of the cargo.
Quality assured temperature monitoring from GSGroup
Jonas Wahlström is environment and quality manager at Best. He is primarily responsible for ensuring that all pharmaceutical shipments carried out by the company are of the highest quality. Wahlström is very pleased with the results of the GSGroup temperature monitoring system.

Easy to adjust the temperature in the cargo hold
Best’s trucks are now equipped with highly accurate temperature sensors. These sensors are installed in the cargo spaces and meet the stringent industry requirements of GDP and EN 12830:199.
The transport center can monitor the temperature during the journey, and the temperature in the cargo compartments is saved every five minutes. In the event of a temperature anomaly, a message is automatically sent to the central office.
– The monitoring is done centrally, so we have full control over the entire fleet at the same time. If the temperature changes in one of the cargo holds, the driver is immediately told to adjust the temperature in the cargo hold,” explains Wahlström.
An affordable, high quality product
It is very easy to install the wireless sensors. A central unit is first placed in the cab, and this communicates wirelessly with the sensors in the cargo hold. The GSGroup solution also scores well in terms of price compared to competing products.
– The sensor solution from GSGroup was the most beneficial to us financially of all the systems we looked at. And now that we have been using the system for more than a year, we can say that we are very happy with the contract we have signed and how the solution works in our daily operations!
