Per Simonsen
CEO
Before Per took on the role as CEO of GSFleet, he was the CEO of Norwegian Scale-Meshtech AS. As a former board member, founding CEO of Telenor Connexion and later SVP of IoT in Telenor Group, Per played a crucial role in shaping IoT strategies and was instrumental in Telenor’s rise as a leading IoT player in Europe. Per’s experience spans several technical leadership roles, and he is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of MIMIRO AS.
Magnhild Agerup-Faxvaag
CFO & COO (Parental leave)
Magnhild is the group’s CFO & COO, while also being a board member of Ezone Energy since 2023, where she contributes her commercial and strategic expertise in the transformer and cable industry. Before joining GSFleet, Magnhild was Head of Plan & Build 360, a software product unit at Tietoevry where she led a cross-functional business unit delivering SaaS for public sector planning and building entities. She also led the 360 Trainee Program, recognized as the second most attractive trainee program for IT students in Norway.
Magnhild also has a background in sport and has played in the elite women’s floorball league, where she has achieved significant victories, including gold in the European Cup in 2014. In 2021, she was selected for the 40 under 40 network in Norway by Dagens Næringsliv.

Fritz Rieber
Chairman of the Board
Fritz Rieber is a former partner at Borea and has work experience in the banking and finance sector. He has co-founded a number of companies and has been a board member and chairman of both listed and unlisted companies.
Trond Valvik
Board member
Trond Valvik is responsible for the Direct Investments business area at Rieber & Søn. He was a partner at PE firm Borea Opportunity and has experience in transaction support and accounting at EY. As a board member and chairman of several companies, Valvik has built up extensive cross-sectoral experience.
Mr. Valvik holds a master’s degree from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
