Our history
In 1992, Track Guard was founded in Sandefjord, Norway. This later became the foundation of what is now GSFleet, one of Europe’s leading providers of services and solutions in mobile data collection.
1992
We are launching the innovative Track Guard tracking system – a revolutionary tool for positioning and protecting assets.
2002
The second generation of Track Guard is launched and opens the Nordic market.
2005
We are launching the first vehicle management and electronic travel log services.
2007
We are establishing offices in Finland, Germany and the Baltics.
2009
We are evolving from an entrepreneurial company to a more significant commercial presence and entity.
2014
GSGroup has strong growth and starts its acquisition strategy. In the following years we acquire Paikannin, Epocket and Care4All/Flextrack.
2015
We are changing our name from Guard Systems to GSGroup.
2018
GSGroup continues to grow, reaching a turnover of over EUR 25 million. The company is represented in almost all of Europe and 210 employees provide services in more than 30 countries.
2023
Strong growth. All-time high after a stable performance following the COVID-19 pandemic.
2024
We are changing our name from GSGroup to GSFleet.
